The stories in “Amsterdam Noir” will take the reader into 15 completely different stories – exploring the dark sides of the city. Showing the reader a different side of the city.

The publication is part of the series called ‘Nieuwe Openingen’ – opinion publications made by the Physical Planning Department of the Municipality of Amsterdam, aiming to inspire and contribution to a debate on Amsterdam.
